While the property has potential, my overall experience did not meet expectations—especially considering the premium rates being charged. Upon check-in, I was informed of a rate change, which was unexpected and disappointing. When I arrived at my room, there was a noticeable odor similar to pet urine, which greatly impacted my comfort.
Throughout my stay, the front desk was often unattended, with only a bell or a phone number provided for assistance. This lack of readily available customer service was concerning.
This hotel could truly be exceptional with better attention to cleanliness, consistency in pricing, and stronger customer service presence. I hope management will take these concerns seriously to improve future guest experiences.
