I really appreciated the snack basket she left out for me. The interior is well designed and felt fresh and clean. I loved that i could watch the sunrise over the mountains from the deck as I had my breakfast. Hope to come back to Los Alamos soon and I will definitely be checking if this property is available!”

“The property was very comfortable and felt like home. They have everything we needed like breakfast items,coffee, and games for our teenagers. I especially enjoyed the little courtyard. It was very peaceful, while I sipped on some wine and read a book. I also felt very safe, because it has a automatic gate and we were secured from any wildlife.”

“There were pluses and minuses to our stay. We wanted quiet…check. We wanted views…check. The grounds have a convenience store, and a cafe ( closed Wednesday and Thursday) nice feature. Close enough to Chama, check! However, the communication with the owner was hit and miss and that’s being generous. The website showed another cabin as being available ( and it was not) as well as the promise of AC ( which cabin 5, the one we booked did NOT have making sleeping difficult ) When contacting owner,……

“We are truly grateful we decided to spend a few days in Española at this amazing, eclectic house. The home is filled with so many vintage items we were spying new pieces each day. The bed we used was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, well lit and had good toilet paper - lol - one of my pet peeves. Our hostess, Kathryn, was a delight.
