「The apartment was large and surprisingly comfortable with fab ventilation and facilities. Claire was fab with communication and very helpful, she recommended cheap parking €8 per 24hrs nearby (parking l’est).
The location was superb. The access was easy and we were able to use the courtyard to unload.
Only negative was that it was a little run down (cracks in control and toilet) and stability of the stairs as they were very loud and creaky. Floor also shook when we walked around.

「Disappointing rip-off, The "Deluxe" apartment should be renamed "Debris" apartment.
We booked this so-called "Deluxe" apartment at EUR 330/night. Apparently, it turned out that "deluxe" had gone on its own vacation as there was absolutely nothing deluxe about this apartment at all. A "deluxe" apartment without A/C, window shields that don't work, decorated with yard sale items and dusty lampshades and cupboards? Sure. This is France.
Cleanliness: Generally clean - unless, of course, you decide...
