「I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

「Stayed at Nobila Hotel in Cotonou and honestly, the highlight for me was the food and the staff. The meals were fresh every time, nothing felt reheated or rushed. And the staff… ohhh la la 😄 very interactive, always checking in and making sure everything was okay. You don’t feel ignored at all, which I really appreciated.
