“Il servizio spiaggia (non incluso nel prezzo) è pessimo, sporco, fatiscente, senza servizi igienici e acqua. Gli ombrelloni erano già assegnati , ma nessuno ci ha avvertiti, ( ragazzino ci ha poi fatto alzare dopo circa un'ora all'arrivo di chi aveva prenotato quella postazione). La struttura nel complesso è rimasta ferma agli anni 90 ..., per chi ama il vintage, ma assolutamente non adeguato il servizio spiaggia,”

“Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses”

“Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.”

“Location is very close to the beach. Room is a bit outdated but was clean. No free water but it was fine - there’s a grocery close by. My room faced the Main Street so it can be quite loud at night. Perhaps I should have asked for a quieter room.”

“Das Personal war super freundlich: Paolo, der Restaurant-Manager hat sich auch bei maximaler Auslastung der Anlage sehr freundlich um alle und alles gekümmert; die Mädels an der Rezeption waren auch immer sehr freundlich; das Animationsteam um Claudia rum hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot für Kinder, Erwachsenen und Vierbeiner zusammenzustellen. Der Workout am Strand war super und die Kinderdisco ein Highlight für die Kids. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, gut……

“Quando arrivi quasi di notte e trovi un sorriso, un buon piatto per cenare nonostante la cucina fosse già chiusa, un buon letto per dormire, tanto silenzio ed una buona colazione, il tutto ad un prezzo comunque ancora sostenibile visto cosa c’è in giro oggi in tariffe, puoi solo che essere soddisfatto. ”
