“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside……

“Beautiful property. Perfect place for our large family traveling together. The host was very attentive, we were happy to have met him and his wife. If were in Abruzzo again we will stay here as it's fairly close to our family.”

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

“Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Nachbarn und der Hund haben uns gar nicht gestört. Hier und da ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, ein paar neue Sonnenliegen und kleinere Reparaturen würden dem Gesamteindruck nicht schaden. Des Weiteren sind die Matratzen im großen Schlafzimmer extrem hart gewesen. Das ist Geschmacksache, war für uns jedoch sehr unbequem.”

“We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. Stunning views to both snow capped mountains and the sea. Proximity to the mountains meant we could show my 9 year old Australian nephew snow for the first time, and spend the following day on the beach. A very moving visit the Sangro River War Graves, where we took my Dad to visit his uncles grave for the first time. Beautiful, peaceful place which is just wonderfully kept. Would absolutely stay again, I expect it’s even better in high season when……

“This property is a lovely gated villa with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms on three levelsTwo functional kitchens.The views are better than the pictures, gorgeous Adriatic view and the alppines ….! Centrally located to travel up or down the Abruzzo coast. The town of Pineto is charming just 3 min away.The whole coast has many long beautiful beaches.Pineto has a 10k Long Beach that was marvelous.Our host was responsive and very helpful with suggestions for area street markets.We loved the property, loved……
