“Excellent experience at this hotel. Very impressed. The Manager Mr Emeka went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfort. I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. “Service desk was friendly. Made it to room and it was like living on the street. Sitting area chair had 3 legs. Bathroom was at front entrance and bedroom was past the sitting room. So to shower, you would walk through sitting room to bedroom. Bedroom had poor lighting and air conditioning cover falling off and not working. Seemed very seedy. “The property manager was so unprofessional. I told them i had a reservation through expedia, and i was told they could not find my reservation. I even asked to make a new one and they refuse, knowing that it was the middle of the night and i need somewhere to sleep after a long flight”
