“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. “I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok.
