The staff was helpful and helped me. My room was well appointed and clean. Could not ask for a better visit.

1. Not prepared for my arrival(this wasn’t as consequential, but still significant)
2. Non-smoking rooms filled completely with smell of cigarette smoke. Impossible to breathe. Had to change rooms a couple of times. Eventually got me a “non-smoking” room that was half the size of the room I paid for. Tried to convince me it was the room I paid for lol. I was exhausted at this point. *Gets worse*
3. Doesn’t accept international cards for meals and you cannot charge against the room. You have to pay for all meals at the hotel by cash(*warning for international travelers*)
4. Water was not hot. Had to shower with cold water.
5. Vent was as loud as a generator. Couldn’t sleep! Couldn’t switch off!
6. And that smell!! That smell!!!
I’ve had bad experiences in hotels but this had to be the worst experience ever. Couldn’t wait till the morning to run(literally run) from this hotel. Tread carefully.
