Only one elevator was working and it was very busy there. Waiting around often for elevator.
Biggest problem was the pool. I understand it is swim at your own risk, however, it should be monitored by staff periodically. The night we stayed was very busy with children. There was groups of young boys swimming with no adult present. They just being kids and showing off going down the slide fast and a few going together. They were also jumping at the top landing which was very loud. My daughter went to notify staff but no one came. My 6 year old tried to have a turn down the slide and an older child came right behind him and landed on him in the water. I had to jump in fully dressed. This could have been a very negative outcome."
