10/10 Excellent

"Exceptional stay. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Not sure about the breakfast as it wasn’t open which was disappointing that we didn’t find out until later on. But the pool was extremely warm, and quiet in the pool area. I’m definitely coming back, and look forward to trying the breakfast."

"Very disappointed, room had no AC and was right by the pool we called for help and got none. The hockey net was broken and sharp but repaired with tape that was falling off.. they also had food from the previous people in the fridge too. So they didnt clean very through"

"Clean room. Good hot breakfast. Only one elevator was working and it was very busy there. Waiting around often for elevator. Biggest problem was the pool. I understand it is swim at your own risk, however, it should be monitored by staff periodically. The night we stayed was very busy with children. There was groups of young boys swimming with no adult present. They just being kids and showing off going down the slide fast and a few going together. They were also jumping at the top landing which was very loud. My daughter went to notify staff but no one came. My 6 year old tried to have a turn down the slide and an older child came right behind him and landed on him in the water. I had to jump in fully dressed. This could have been a very negative outcome."
