Beautiful Beachfront house, ideal for big families

Beautiful beachfront house in Playa Suncita, which is a semi private area next to Metalio Beach. It is a two level house with five comfortable bedrooms, each room with its own bathroom and a/c. It has a separate area (rancho) with 18 people dining table, a nice rustic living room and a hammock rest area. The pool has a shallow area for kids, a wet table and pool bar with stools. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor built in BBQ. In the second level there is a nice rooftop area.

Beautiful Ranch

My expectations and for the price paid I truly expected better the house its big but not as private theirs a fence made of bushes and their two houses right next door one house where the family the takes care of the property very nice attentive and there is another rental all in the same lot , no privacy they’re lots of street dogs and cats one of the cats end up eating our chicken that we had for Christmas dinner theirs no stores or restaurants near by , the rooms were very clean bathrooms to kitchen needs a little hand

Awesome Beach House

We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing!

Big property that is perfect for traveling with a big family. Enough beds for everyone and really liked that every room had its own bathroom and AC.

Beautiful beachfront property with 5 bedrooms and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate guest! The caretaker offered to cook for us during our stay. We had a great time.

Nice place my family enjoyed but the property need some outdate and keep more clean bathroom have strong urinate odors bedding very old and look never washing

Property not as describe

Property is not as describe. Dirty old property. Beds are horribly hard, restroom was dirty. It was just a horrible experience. We end up leaving a day before.
