“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb !
Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect.
Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower.
Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job.
I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony

“This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. “What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. ”
