"Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly. "

"Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years."
