This resort hotel has excellent customer service and beautiful views, service and relaxing atmosphere. It has it's own private beach and loud noise is prohibited. Perfect for relaxing and feeling privacy. Beautiful! We highly recommend it. Sending a very special thanks to all the staff that took great care of us!

Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor. Great place and friendly staff! Access to beach which not many places have and 3-4 pools. You are kind of forced to eat there. No Uber delivers and no close convenient store close. Gym is basic BUT we loved this place and our kids did too

En esta aplicación menciona que la arena GNP está a 6 minutos en auto lo que es una información INCORRECTA, este hotel no esta ya cerca de la arena ni es fácil acceder a este hotel , me costó trabajo la verdad dar con el hotel y si fue muy estresante encontrarlo y que no den referencias correctas de la ubicación

Pesimo que te cobren el estacionamiento aunque estaciones tú el coche, y en el check out aunque el hotel estaba vacío muy mal encarada la gerente q ser más flexible y dar un check out más tarde. Tonto porque estábamos comsumieneo bien en el rest y nos tuvimos que ir rápido al cuarto a hacer la maleta porque nos sentimos corrido …en fin debería de tener más sentido de hospitalidad la señora.
