It's clean and smart with nicely finished decor. Staff are friendly and efficient. It's in a great location for getting to the airport and is not bad for getting to the beach by taxi. Surrounding roads are easy. The pool was closed and completely drained when I arrived which is a bit disappointing but I would stay here again hands down.

Pretty ok hotel

The hotel was at best just ok. The hotel in general was pretty rundown. They didn't have that much to offer in general, i.e. they didn't have several food options to offer although it was in the food menu (no fruitsalad, no ice cream, no smoothies, no pineapple pizza, etc). They also had 2 pools (actually 3, but one of them was completely shut off during our entire stay), but after a couple of days they started maintenance on them and they were also shut off. No compensation or alternatives for the pools being shut off, no nothing. Before that the pools were dirty, they didn't cover them so all type of insects found their way there. Entertainment at the hotel was non-existent. They had miniature ants in the bathroom and the drain in the shower was not working properly. The windowshelf was dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. There was a terrace to the room, but it was locked and therefore unaccessible. The positive thing with the hotel was that the staff were nice and serviceminded. And the location was good; close to all the places one wanted to reach and it felt like a safe environment. The room was big and pretty good.

They cancelled my reservation for without telling me at all despite calling on the phone two days before to confirm I was still coming and I arrived late at night and stranded. The manager had to put me in another hotel that the staff was so so ruled and with no manners. I feel let down by the hotel because this is not the first time I reserved accommodation there and arrived at night from UK.

Abgelegen. Im Innenhof (Restaurant und Pool) lief permanent laute Musik. Keine Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Sehr begrenzte Speisenauswahl, sehr lange Wartezeit auf's essen. Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht sehr erfreulich, hatten unser Zimmer vergeben, trotz vorheriger Kommunikation mit Hotel, und meinten dann, gegen Aufpreis, oder ohne Frühstück, könnten wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.....war nicht, was wir erwartet hatten. Manager hat das Gespräch mit uns gesucht, sich entschuldigt, aber am Service änderte sich nicht viel.
