The hotel stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy. This hotel offers breakfast in the morning for free your choice of hot coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, eggs, bread, and hotdogs . Room service for cleaning is upon request the room.

A nice and cozy sport with good potential. There was onoing construction to improve the property. Towel was old and torn. Mangement should consider providing pressing iron and ironing boards in room

The location of the place was okay and generally clean though we had few stains. There was a poor customer service, noisy background, whenever you call them, it takes time for them to pick up the calls at the reception . Too many knocks on the door thereby disturbing your sleep. Communication is poor here.

Nice stay

Lovely Stay – Warm, Clean, and Comfortable My stay at her lodge was very pleasant. The place was exceptionally clean, and I always felt comfortable. Room service was available on request, and they freshened up the room whenever needed. We always smiled when returning after a day out it felt welcoming every time. I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, and while nothing in life is perfect, what matters is the effort and experience and this place offered a quality one. The pool was clean, and the staff were always attentive to requests. A special shout-out to the team Kenndy gave swimming lessons to my 11year old daughter he teachers swimming in the local community and from abroad Frank, James, Abner, and Grace who were always professional and ready to help. The food was good, great omelette and tilapia the quiet location made it peaceful, safe and 24 securityeven though the main road was a few miles away. That said, Bolt rides arrived within two minutes, so transport was never an issue. The lodge was tidy and well-maintained, and I know the ongoing renovations will only improve it further. All in all, a lovely stay thank you, guys!

I encountered several problems with this hotel and the service is very poor. The lack of professionalism displayed by some staff ..You show up and they will be laying in the coach in the lobby sleeping and or doing all kinds as if they are at their home. The housing keeping or whoever cleaning these rooms are doing a very poor job they don't take out the soap used by other guests. The room are very smelly, the keys to doors are not working well, the tv station not working, the Internet is poor. I book breakfast for two on Expedia which clearly stated breakfast for two guest included then when it's time to have breakfast the staff saying the hotel policy only give one breakfast ... The fridge was dirty and sheet dusty ...
