「False advertising I would like my money back」

「It was an expensive and most of all a fake reservation by Expedia. The hotel didnt know of any reservation. The hotel doen't have internet, no e-mail address. They only except reservations by telefon. I'll make a heavy reclamation at Expedia, once we are back from our journey through Ghana. We finally ended up in a hotel that suggested the taxi driver to us.」

「There was no airport shuttle service which was very frustrating. The staff had no idea such a thing was supposed to happen and when asked why their emails and calls weren’t answered he feigned ignorance about the whole situation. Had to book bolt ride to the hotel as it was getting late. So disappointed! Breakfast was okay and room was clean.」

「the mattress is too soft.」

「Nothing to say cause I enjoyed my stay」

「very nice hotel,nice food.」

「Great place just a short walk from Oxford Street. Hotel is relatively quiet and staff are very helpful.」
