“Good”

“Just like l expected”

“Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters……

“It’s quite old and needs upgrading. On Sundays they bring breakfast to the room which was nice.”

“Great hospitality ”

“At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well.”

“Good”

“Good stay”

“The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available.”

“The place is clean, check in is seamless, and the listing is the same as the property.”

“all good”

“Room clean and staff helpful”

“The area was clean with nice and professional staff. I wish to stay there every time I visit Accra for a short period. I recommend it to others to experience it for themselves”

“The environment”

“房間很乾淨整齊，不過冷氣有點冷 飯店設計很舒服，感覺很放鬆 距離Accra mall蠻近的，可以去那裡逛逛”
