「Schönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage außerhalb von Freudenstadt. Schön zum Entspannen. Sehr schönes Ambiente und tolles kleines Schwimmbad im Keller. Frühstück frisch und vielseitig. Sehr freundliches Personal.」

「If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.」

「Das Zimmer war groß , ich hatte aber keinen Balkon. Es war schon ein bisschen hellhörig, ich habe gleich mitbekommen, wenn das Nachbarzimmer belegt wurde. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass ein Hotel dieser Kategorie kein Putzservice hat, wenn man weniger als 6 Tage dort verbringt. Das Frühstuck war nicht im Preis inklusiv und kostet 21€. Einmal habe ich dort gefrühstückt, ich fand den Preis zu hoch, so viel kann man nicht für das Geld essen! Das Angebot war trotzdem vielfältig.」

「Es war einfach alles perfekt. Nichts ist dem Personal zu viel. Wem sehr gutes Essen und toller Service wichtig ist, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ganz großes Lob auch an die Kinderbetreuung - insbesondere Nadia. Wir waren vor knapp 5 Monaten das letzte Mal zu Gast und in der Zwischenzeit an anderen Urlaubsorten, in anderen Hotels mit Kinderprogramm. Unsere Kinder (5 und 3) fragen aber immer noch sehr regelmäßig, wann es wieder in die Traube geht.」

「We stayed here for a quick 38 hour business trip. The first 20 hours I had no water in my room. I couldn’t even flush the toilet. After this we went down to the pool where the only thing what was working was the indoor pool. Upon checkout someone from a different room with my surname had somehow charged drinks to my room.
