“We had a peaceful and enjoyable trip to Pura Vida. It is secluded and felt very safe. The property was as advertised and very spacious, bigger than the pictures make it look. We had one plumbing issue that was responded to quickly. Highly recommended and we will be back!”

“My daughter and I can’t say enough positives about our stay at this location. Everything about it was top-notch. Every possible need was anticipated and provided for. The kitchen was supplied to care for every possible cooking and serving need. We loved sitting out on the covered deck overlooking the yard below and the birdfeeders that attracted numerous kinds of birds. We enjoyed the table top gas grill on the deck. The extensive DVD movie collection was a special bonus. All of the furniture……

“I spent 3 nights here over the Easter weekend with my wife and college aged daughter. This cabin was very comfortable and clean. There was everything we needed and everything is very organized. This cabin is located in a nice quiet forested area with homes nearby but plenty of privacy, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved the quiet. Close enough to Ohiopyle to do whatever we wanted, but felt like we were coming home to our own little spot in the country. Deer and Turkey in the field, birds calling, and really couldn’t even hear cars. Sunset was gorgeous from the top of the hill. Communication with the property manager/owner was seamless. Very helpful and super friendly.”

“This was our third visit to the property. The cottage is always clean and well-maintained with pieces of nostalgia woven in. We purchased a RV at the end of April and we still decided that we will return to this property when it’s not camping season. Hopefully, that clues you in to the charm of this property.”

“The Creekside Cabin worked pretty well for 2 retired couples. King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Loved that they used a closet space for a place to put your suitcases and belongings. Queen bedroom has a bit of a walk in the night to the other small bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not use the bunkroom that is off the kitchen, it's small but would be fine especially for kids. Livingroom, kitchen, sunroom are all very nice areas. Outdoor area reminded me of a tropical forest……

“This house is a gem. Very private and the only noise we heard was from the birds and the babbling stream in the back. The owners have done a great job of creating a mulched walking path around their property and a bridge over the stream. The house has a beautiful remodel done to it and it’s clean and brand new. The water pressure for showering was great, I wish it was like that in my own home. We didn’t have cell reception but were able to hook up to the wifi and use wifi calling and texting and……

“Mona and Bryon have a delightlful property and they allow their guests to set the tone. Check-in was as simple as unpakcking our car, but Mona and Bryon were always available if we had questions. The cabin was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed to settle in for a few days of quiet and beauty. The birds and critters are as much a part of the experience as the scenic location. I enjoyed taking hundreds of pictures of "the locals" and my wife and I explored the Great Allegheny……

“Cabin definitely served our purpose for our 4 night stay. Quiet neighborhood and scenic property and area. Location worked as it made our two 1 hour drive trips NW to Pittsburgh (Heinz/Ft Pitt/Carrie Furnaces) and our 30 minute trip south to Fallingwater, Mill Run and Ohio Pyle State Park pretty convenient. Cabin is old, built in the 1930's, but has everything you want for a relatively short stay. Everything was in working order. Nice bridge in backyard across creek to small island where creek……

“This house is absolutely beautiful. Nestled in the midst of lots of activities. Really enjoyed the back porch area. Owner was very responsive to our request to extend our stay. We didn't want to leave. Definitely worth the money. Felt like home.”
