“This was a great stay for our company retreat. It was close to the Grand Traverse Resort where we had meetings. Everyone was very comfortable.”

“This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.”

“We had such a great time! The location was perfect, the hot tub was amazing, the yard was beautiful, the communication was top-notch! I can’t thank you enough for hosting us!”

“I would come back to this beautiful house.”

“We booked this property for three nights over the July 4th holiday and, regrettably, cannot recommend it.What concerned us most was the condition of the beds. All three were not clean upon arrival: a dried blood stain on one pillowcase, makeup stains on the linens, and dirt, sand, and hair, both short and long, across every bed. We did not notice until close to midnight on the first night, by which point we had no option but to sleep in them. A cleaning fee had been charged, yet the home had……

“Conveniently located, clean, easy to use”

“Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).”

“We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. ”

“Great location. Great communication. Clean. Would stay here again.”

“It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach.”

“I have never experienced staying in a VRBO where every detail was given to you. Before checking in I was sent an information page with detailed information about the unit. It even had a video of how to use the small appliances. The owner was extremely responsive. The area is very walkable with several places close by. Downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The unit was clean and well supplied.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip.”

“We really enjoyed the Barndominium. My wife and I were visiting Traverse City for our anniversary and it was an ideal space and setting for us. It was warm and cozy and Kelsey was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. Great experience all around- we would definitely stay here again!”

“Great Location”
