「The reception staff spoke little English. Swimming pool was not in use, which was both a surprise and a disappointment. Bar staff were a bit better, and tried hard to please. Parking was adjacent and reasonable, but there was no shade in 36+ degrees of heat. There was an Italian "Saga event with overly loud karioke each night unitl midnight. The hotel did not put those "enjoying" this on the affected side of the hotel, but many were disturbed, which was an issue as we had to be up early. Buffet...
