"The outside of the hotel and the common areas are nice. The issue came in with the room. There was a huge roach inside my room as well as another small bug shell. I didn’t mentioned it because I wanted to stay close to my family who were next door but I couldn’t really sleep after that.. wondering if another big would appear. I took photos as well."

"Rooms are very spacious, there are plenty of activities for adults and kids; however, we booked it thinking it is a Marriott resort; it turned out it is a timeshared property; which is a bit disappointing given how much we paid per night!"

"The beds were very unstable like the mattress was just sliding off the whole night. It was really hard to rest. And also, we checked in on a Thursday and there was a big sticky stain like 2 foot long outside of our door and it stayed there the entire two days we were there and somebody should’ve cleaned it for sure but other than that the pool was really fun. The breakfast was yummy and the people were nice and I loved the golf course and the view. "

"This was my first time staying at this resort. Right off the bat I was so so pleased that we were able to check in early after our morning flight to an upgraded room. Thank you Dianna!!! She gave us the best advice to kick off our first Stagecoach weekend as far as which shuttle stop to go to for quickest access to the festival, breakfast spots around the resort, and directions to the pools that were luckily right across the street from our room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the bartenders/waiters at the pool. The room was incredibly clean, I loved that housekeeping came around while we were out and without having to call to ask, and restocked the linens/toiletries, threw the trashes, etc. The resort itself was beautiful, right on the golf course with amazing views of palm springs. The pool food was good, convenient shuttle stops around the property were very timely. Will for sure be back with the whole family!"

"Parking was safe and easy the pool was nice and so is the hot tub they have a great gym a wonderful hot breakfast every morning the staff was courteous and knife"

"Great staff—very accommodating and friendly. Overall, the place was fine. The only issue was a foul smell on the third floor near where I stayed (by the yellow section). It seemed like it could have been leftover food or maybe a dirty diaper, but it was quite strong. Other than that, everything was good."

"WiFi now available for my kids gaming system and not being able to contact WiFi support my whole two days stay and front desk couldn’t help either other than that we enjoyed"

"We loved our stay at Desert Springs! The room was SO spacious, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. There was a full kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery and pots/pans. It made it easy to cook throughout the day, if needed. There was a large sitting area by the tv and dining area. There was an additional tv in the bedroom. The full size laundry was incredibly convenient. The shuttle service between the main property and Jasmine court was convenient, especially late at night when coming back from Coachella. The room was clean and property was well maintained. The amenities, pool, golf course, gym and pool side snacks/food were very nice. We look forward to staying here again in the future!"
