“The beds downstairs were very uncomfortable and the shower curtain was dirty and smelled mildewy. The halls and elevator smelled like weed. I think that smoking should be prohibited inside the property.”

“You only have access to two crappy outdoor pools that open whenever the staff wants to, but close right at 7pm. Zero access to the indoor/outdoor waterparks, I was told we were getting wristbands but front desk said nope! They do not sell day passes either. The code to get in was 10 digits long and turning a knob a million ways, which was time consuming. Customer service was a AI bot that couldn’t answer our simple questions. The room was spacious but kids were quite bored since we couldn’t do……
