「We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year. 」
