「OK indretning og beliggenheden er fin. Stille og rolig område, nemt at parkere. Lejligheden bærer præg af ualmindelig dårlig vedligeholdelse. Den er beskrevet med tre badeværelser, det er der ikke, der er to og et toilet. Rigtig mange småting som er utrolig irriterende. I alt var syv pærer sprunget. Køkken ting er ikke suppleret. Ok køl og frys, ovnen pæn og ren, men ingen plader og fade. En parasol som var så gammel og mør at den var revnet.To solsenge som var stive af års skidt. Det tog en dag...
