Geat holiday in a very nice apartment!

Nice apartment on a great location. Lovely view from the balcoy! It was clean and cosy. Nice swimmingpools. We rented a car to explore the island. The location is of the apartment is a perfect base for that. The contact with the owner went very well, thank you for all your advice Virginie! We enjoyd our staying very much and would love to come back again!

You'll love the view from the balcony!

The apartment is clean and big enough for a family of 4 people. The owner was very attentive and careful, we were provided with all necessary information in advance and were allowed to check out at 15:00. The ocean view is just breathtaking. It is very close to the local beach (about 300-400 meters), which we loved because it is small, not crowded with big rocks to explore and without big waves. We also liked how the apartment is situated - it is very close to big supermarkets (Mercadona and Hiper Dino), to Galeon Outlet - about 5-7km and close to Costa Adeje - about 5-7 km as well. Of course, it is better to have a car because there is not much to do in Playa Paraiso. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom has been recently renovated. Don't forget that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment and towels are not provided. The only thing we didn't like much is the lack of cleaning products, such as dishwashing liquid, washing powder, garbage bags, etc. We didn't find any soap or shampoo, there was only one toilet paper roll, no salt, sugar, coffee or tea. Be aware to spend some money on these products on arriving. Despite of this we would definetely stay in this apartment again.

Séjour satisfaisant

Appartement correct tout fonctionnait bien ainsi que la wifi Nous venons sur l'ile chaque année et nous avions toujours un petit cadeau de bienvenue alors que là nous n'avions pas un rouleau de papier même entamé dans les toilettes ni un peu de savon pour nous laver les mains à notre arrivée En ce qui concerne le linge pas de draps de rechange pour une location de 4 semaines !! Et pas de serviettes de douche qu'il faut emmener, pas très pratique quand on prend l'avion ! Nous avons l'habitude de louer aussi en Espagne et c'est la première fois ainsi. Dommage car le contact avec la propriétaire était très sympa . Je pense qu'elle devrait faire un petit effort pour arranger tout ça.

Génial ! A recommencer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement qui est lumineux et agréable à vivre. La vue est magique et lea piscines superbes. En plus il n’y avait pratiquement personnes. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille.

Appart fonctionnel avec vue sur mer

L'appartement est très agréable, coucher de soleil sur la mer tous les soirs. Équipement conforme au descriptif, très calme. Bars et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Le seul bémol est le parking, même s'il y a un petit parking privatif, il est bien trop petit par rapport au nombre d'appartements et nous n'avons quasiment jamais pu nous y stationner. Il serait bien de trouver une simple éponge et du produit à l'arrivée.

Una bella esperienza!!!

L'appartamento di Virginie è molto comodo e funzionale. Il contesto è molto decoroso e soprattutto pulito. La vista è veramente bella, balcone e finestre danno sull'oceano. Virginie è molto gentile e premurosa e ha seguito passo, passo il nostro arrivo dandoci molta sicurezza. Anche le persone da lei incaricate a riceverci sono state gentilissime e disponibili. Grazie per averci reso il soggiorno a Playa Paraiso molto gradevole.

CORRECT, BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX...

Appartement correct en phase avec sa description initiale offrant une superficie suffisante, une belle vue sur l'océan dans un immeuble possédant deux piscines et deux courts de tennis ainsi que du personnel sympathique. Check-in et check off, aisés sur rendez-vous avec la sympathique et accueillante Marta. Contact Téléphonique facile avec Virginie la propriétaire, qui reste très disponible en cas de besoin. Le petit bémol par rapport à l'appartement, si tant est qu'il faille en trouver, réside dans le fait que la cuisine pourtant bien étudiée et récente n'ait pas été équipée d'un four et que la 2ème chambre ait été construite dans l'espace de la chambre initiale par le montage d'une cloison de séparation qui la prive d'une fenêtre extérieure et qui en fait un espace assez restreint dans lequel il y a 2 lits superposés qui gênent un peu l'accès à la seule penderie de l'habitat. A part ces deux points qui sont largement supportables pour des courts séjours, l'appartement reste malgré tout confortable et nous ne pouvons que le recommander à tous ceux qui souhaiteraient se rendre dans le sud de Ténérife. Comme autres points positifs, on notera sa situation plus tranquille et à l'écart du tumulte des autres villes voisines (Costa Adeje - Las Américas) qui restent à dix minutes en voiture et où il faut aller s'y promener, faire les boutiques et se prélasser sur leurs plages de sable ; Sa proximité du Golf Costa Adeje, sans nul doute le plus beau du sud de l'ile ; Ses nombreux supermarchés, dont à seulement 5 kms un grand Lidl pour les achats usuels classiques et surtout un Tandem Paragliding (Calle Charfa) où l'on trouve les produits de marque et qui dispose d'un rayon boucherie, charcuterie et fromagerie assez remarquable offrant des produits de qualité et à des prix très bon marché, ce qui n'est pas négligeable en vacances ; Et enfin à 3 minutes à pieds de l'immeuble, tous les services utiles au bon déroulement du séjour, deux commerces de ventes de billets d'excursions, un hyper Dino de dépannage et pour le pain frais du matin, deux restaurants italiens, l'Hotel Hard Rock Café avec son bar et sa grande piscine pour une journée tout confort comme à la plage avec énorme matelas et parasol, déjeuner, mais aussi en cas de besoin, une para pharmacie, un cabinet de docteur et une pharmacie.

Fewo mit guter Aussicht!

Zweckmäßige Fewo mit normaler Ausstattung. Gute Fernsicht vom Balkon auf der 10. Etage eines Hochhauses, welches schon in die Jahre gekommen ist! Unkomplizierte Über-/bzw. Abnahme der Fewo. Zentrale Lage zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Buslinie zu den bekannten Zielen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fernsehempfang, keine deutschen Sender!

Property is really nice , not close to las Americas as stated though

We chose to stay at Virginie apartment as it states it's close to las Americas but it's actually about 20-25 mins in taxi which is about €20-30 each time. Apart is nice and clean but we had no hot water for the first two days so had cold showers and had to wait in for someone to come and fix it twice which is obviously not ideal when you're on holiday and want to go out and enjoy. My partner expressed his frustration on this matter and we were told well if you want to go then go. We did in fact leave and got our money back.

Muy buena estancia

El apartamento es espacioso y funcional.Las vistas preciosas. Seriedad por parte de la propietaria y personas encargadas de gestionar entradas. Playa Paraiso es una zona tranquila y bonita para veranear. Las piscinas del apartamento muy limpias y cuidadas.

Superbes vacances

L'appartement est vraiment très bien et très fonctionnel. Les piscines sont très agréables et il n'y a pratiquement jamais personnes. La résidence et l'appartement sont très calmes. C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appart. Et sûrement pas le dernier ! On conseille fortement :-)

Great place. Quiet, clean and a beautiful view

The apartment is very nice and quiet. The view from the 10th floor is nice. The contact with the owner was easy and fluent. The apartment is exactly as its shows in the photo so no surprises. The swimming pools are very nice and often we were almost alone. Just perfect when you want to relax. It's a quiet area.

schöne Ferienwohnung im 10. Stock

Übernahme und Rückgabe der Wohnung war problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - ruhig und nicht zu weit von den Hauptorten entfernt. Viele Strände in der Nähe. Einkaufen gleich nebenan im Supermarkt möglich. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet. Dusche und Bad war neu.
