“We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained……

“Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.”

“Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.”

“Hôtel bien placé. Parking gratuit. Hôtel très propre et appartement super équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bouteille de champagne au frais à notre arrivée... L'ensemble du personnel a été adorable. Réception ouverte 24/24. Un petit buffet aurait été un vrai plus ! Nous avons également profité des prestations du spa : massage en duo, head spa et manucure. De tarifs très intéressant et surtout un personnel à l'écoute, gentilles et très douce. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!”

“I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment……

“This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! There’s tonight for space at the pool even on busy days. Genuinely bliss. Good amenities in room, proper hairdryers,straighteners, shampoos etc. beach bags/towels provided- they……

“Great property, clean tidy and friendly. The apartment was big, ckean and basically a perfect stat. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Very well looked after. Was further from the town and the beach and up a steep hill which wasn't advertised or anticipated. Taxis are needed. Ither that a wonderful stay.”

“Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different……

“Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff. Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday.”

“What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so……

Good: Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location of the hotel, great dinner, free parking (at least in the low season) Bad: Pools are cold (not heated at all?); mediocre breakfast; noisy evening entertainment. Tip: If you are having a room on the pool side, ask for a higher floor, there are much better views of the ocean”
