  • Cozy studio apartment located in the center of Playa de las Americas, just a few minutes' walk from the ocean in a complex with a heated pool.



    This apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a perfect holiday. Enjoy a spacious furnished terrace, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, TV with local and European channels, Wi-Fi, washing machine, boiler, safe, bedding, linens, towels, outdoor street parking, and a great location.



    Complex facilities include a large heated swimming pool and a separate pool for children. There is a wide selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, shops, supermarkets, excursion shops, tennis courts, and other facilities, all just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.



    Designed for a comfortable stay of up to 3 persons.



    It is a 5-minute walk to local water parks and the nearest marina, where you can enjoy sailing, boat trips, fishing, and scuba diving. The main beach of Las Americas is only 2 minutes' walk from the property.

Excellent communication from start to finish with Alex the property manager, my flight was an hour late so delayed my arrival but was no problem for Alex. He was efficient and professional showing me around the property and arranging check out whenever i wanted at end of my stay. The accomodation was was described in the description, i had stayed in the same complex before so chose the accomodation as a knew the area. The attitional cold air fan was a godsend as the fan from the main light doesn't provide enough cool air for summer temperatures. Another good point was the amount of bedding, and towels for bathroom and also for sunbathing provided with the property.
