The whole house is very bright and gets the sun from the early hours of the day. In the surrounding area there are several supermarkets, plenty of shops, restaurants with all types of cuisine, bars, banks and a pharmacy. The taxi rank is 150 metres away and the promenade is only a few minutes walk away. You can easily do without a car.
