The house, renovated in 2022, is surrounded by spacious south-facing terraces, perfect for relaxing on one of the sun loungers by the pool or on the inflatable beanbags, or for unwinding with yoga. The terraces feature a freshwater pool and a summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue and fireplace. The villa's orientation guarantees privacy and offers an unforgettable view of the Costa Adeje bay, a landscape that will captivate you all day and is sure to be the first image you will want to share with your loved ones.



Villa Marbella is centrally located, allowing you to enjoy both privacy and tranquility as well as easy access to the main attractions of the area, according to your preference. It is an ideal base for exploring the island, visiting nearby beaches, or enjoying the lively local nightlife.
