The swimming pool measures 8 meters by 5 meters and is complemented by an array of sunbeds and seating, perfect for soaking up the sun or open-air dining. For those venturing in the cooler months (from October to March), the pool is heated free of charge. There is also the option of heating the pool outside of these months for an additional cost.
Located a short distance from the 'X Sur Shopping Complex,' with a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a taxi rank. Meanwhile, there is a local mini-market just a three-minute stroll from the villa.
