「The front desk staff are friendly as same as IHG hotel, one of the lady didn’t show enthusiasm to help when I called to replace a pillow because all pillows are too soft (even if the firm ones), obviously they are aged, the lady at the reception said that no, they don’t have other pillows. 「The hotel is excellent in many areas, close to Aselaide bus terminal, China Town and South Australia market. Unluckily, no supermarket close by, need to go to Rundle mall. The space and equipment of the hotel are very good. Staff are very helpful.」
