"The front porch area was clean and approach to the house showed promising signs. Upon entering into the house, there was a fair amount dust present where ever you would look. Almost all the dishes and cutlery with in the draws had dirt or signs of not being cleaned properly. The dust on the backside of the blinds inside the bedrooms was extremely thick, let alone the dust in the living room as well. "We wanted a place to stay for family of 3 couples 2 grand children and 1 adult where everyone would have their space and plenty of bathrooms. Everything is thought of from coffee machine to games. Even though it was cold the tennis court was a big hit We had my husbands 70th Birthday Party with around 45 people and it was a wonderful place for it. We also had caters attend for the party. "

"I stay here often as I like the comfortable bed, soft lighting, ease of parking underneath and proximity to the river for a morning walk. Also like the artwork featured in the rooms and halls. Dislike how the lighting controls glow in the dark, I always pack an eye mask to overcome that. I don’t like their coffee or breakfast so skip that. "
