Fabulous location and beautiful apartment

This apartment was an absolute gem and we will certainly be back. The location is a very short stroll to Rundle Street, some great wine bars and eateries and the Botanic Gardens. The apartment is clean, modern and fresh and met all our needs. It was very easy to navigate traffic and parking was simple too.

Great property, perfect location

Perfect location to explore Adelaide, with lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Spacious (and very clean) apartment with on site parking. Host met us and showed us around the area a little. Would highly recommend!

So good I want to keep it a secret!!

Awesome apartment in superb location with everything at the doorstep. Super communication with owners…they met with keys and told us how everything works, even gave us a walking tour of the area with all the local insight. Really made my first visit to Adelaide a memorable one…I’ll be back! A small hiccup when booking, I made the payment then it said apt not available but luckily it went through at the other end as I was surprised when owner contacted me to see what time I would be arriving…grateful I didn’t book another place instead!

Wonderful apartment, right in the middle of a restaurant strip but amazingly quiet. Tracey and Barrie were very thorough with communications and suggestions for trips. We were very impressed and more than happy with the apartment.

Quiet but central

Spacious, well appointed, very comfortable flat in quiet street close (perhaps 300 metres) from coffee shops and restaurants. Owners were very helpful and easy to deal with.

The apartment was truly beautiful and so comfortable. Excellent value for money. You couldn't ask for a better location. We would definitely stay again and I have already been promoting this apartment for anyone wanting a stay in Adelaide.

excellent property and location

My friend and I stayed at this property In May, lovely sized rooms and everything supplied, there was a strong smell of vinegar that took a while to get used to however we where very pleased with the comfortable beds and furniture. The location was so close to a large choice of restaurants and close to free town transport, we really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would have no hesitation staying again

Disappointing

How disappointing. The location was fantastic and the size of the apartment was wonderful. But...the white furniture in the picture was grey with dirt and stains; as is all the furniture in the apartment. The en-suite needed a good clean as the shower had mould, taps were dirty, roof vent was clogged with dirt and the towels were very old and ragged. The windows haven't been touched in ages and all the mirrors in the place were streaked and dirty. The dishes were chipped and stained and the fry pan was way past it's use by date! They didn't even have pillowcases for the beds and the sheets looked grey and old. There were no amenities anywhere not even sugar for the coffee. We could see where this had been Absolute Luxury at one time but nothing has been done to the apartment in years and it's now in need of a good paint, new dishes and a tidy up.
