A lovely and comfortable house with all the amenities you need to feel home away from home whilst holidaying near the ocean.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, western view- walk- through wardrobe with direct access to the two-way master bathroom split system r/c A/C.
Queen Bedroom with Eastern Garden view
Singles bedroom with 3 Single beds.

The bathroom is large, fully tiled with a toilet, vanity, separate shower and complete with a small spa.
Separate toilet off laundry.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an Aldi pod coffee machine, dishwasher & microwave.

The dining area has an extension table and seats 6-8. The large entertaining deck is adjacent to the kitchen/dining space and enjoys the views. Large R/C split system cools/warms the heart of the home.

TV with data available in the lounge.

You will enjoy "Getaway" with all the comforts of home, glimpses of nearby farmland and sunsets over the coast. The ocean is visible, with the wonderful Willunga Hills as a back drop.

No "Schoolies" bookings.

Sorry NO pets as the property is not fenced.

We have undercover parking for 2 cars and space for a trailer/boat.

What to do whilst here.

Beaching: The DRIVE ON BEACH is only 1.2 km away and is great for swimming, fishing and boating. (Rates may be charged for driving onto beach) Please check local beach conditions prior to accessing beach.

On Foot; it is a casual 15-20 min walk to the beach-

Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park.
