Hahndorf Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained house and is perfectly situated in the centre of Historic Hahndorf and is ideal for a weekend escape or mid week get-a-way.

The Haven is elevated with panoramic views of the beautiful Adelaide Hills, and is situated just behind Hahndorf's Main Street. It is less than a one minute stroll to the historic centre of Hahndorf with its many restaurants, cafes, pubs, antique shops and boutiques.

Suitable for COUPLES (standard rate of $220 per night for a couple) and LARGER GROUPS.

Hahndorf Haven sleeps 8 in total: 2 queen bedrooms, each with an ensuite, a third bedroom with 2 extra long single beds which can be joined to make a king bed upon request , and a wall mounted TV . There is an additional comfortable queen size sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 2 which can be closed off completely from the rest of the house.

Extra adults are charged $70 per night up to 7 guests, with the 8th guest charged at $50.
The rate is all inclusive and includes all linen and toiletries. Guests also enjoy a complementary bottle of South Australian wine, chocolate and biscuits. Beerenberg jams, butter, milk, coffee pods and a selection of premium teas are also provided with our compliments.

Easter : minimum stay is 3 nights

Xmas : minimum stay is 3 nights

Australia Day long weekend : 3 nights




Hahndorf is located in the very heart of the beautiful Adelaide Hills and is a short 20min drive from the Adelaide CBD and a half hour drive from the Barossa Valley and Southern Vales wine regions. The Haven is just a short stroll to some of the best wineries in Australia including Shaw and Smith, Nepenthe, Somerled and RockBare Cellars.

Our rate is inclusive of all linen, toiletries and a selection of local produce to include a bottle of locally produced wine, chocolates, snacks, butter, locally produced juice, milk and jams as well as a selection of teas and coffee.

Hahndorf Haven is a completely self contained house. Guests have access to the entire house and yard.

Immaculately and stylishly presented, Hahndorf Haven has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 large TV's, a fabulous deck out front with a large gas BBQ and outdoor entertainment area along with a secluded and private rear courtyard.


RATES:

Standard rate is $220 per night

Standard rate is for 2 adults in one bedroom. Extra guests are each charged at $70 per night per extra up to 7 guests, with the eight guest charged at $50 extra per night.

Host double booked
We arrived to the property to see another group had checked in as the host double booked with another group on another platform. We were left without accommodation on a Saturday of a long weekend, and the host didn’t answer any calls or messages for 30 minutes. Stayz support didn’t answer any calls either. Do not recommend this house or booking platform to anyone, you will not receive support if any issues arise.

Amazing home in great location
Our family enjoyed Christmas in this beautiful home. With complimentary chocolate and wine, basic breakfast items, great espresso coffee and all the right condiments for cooking. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony and just across the road from the Main Street. Home was immaculately clean. Hope to stay again!!

Weekend Escape
The property was very clean and quality linen provided. Everything you need is there for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect for access to Main Street. Would go back again and would recommend. Driveway is steep but take it slow and no issue - the view is amazing so worth it.

We had a wonderful time in Hahndorf. The house was very well presented clean & the kitchen a dream!
The driveway is a killer & the loose stone steps a bit dangerous, we moved 1 as it was uneven & 1 of our group had a bad knee & we were worried about him slipping. The shrubs need a little trim to prevent them scratching the car & difficult to turn. The watering system needs checking for leaks as it watered the house more than the garden... and could use another tea towel other wise it is awesome & we have rebooted!

Great location, great town
This is a lovely place. The balcony is a wonderful spot to sit with a cup of tea as the sun comes up. Good kitchen space too if you want to cook for yourself. 2 mins walk from the main street. Highly recommended

Great spot, great accommodation!
This is a fantastic house in a perfect spot. Within walking distance to the Main Street and everything delicious! 😂 The house itself had everything we needed (including space to separate our children - who were at each other after a long day of travel), was clean and was easy just to walk straight into and settle down. Some wonderful treats and brekky items provided which was lovely. Definitely would recommend! Thanks for having us!

Excellent accommodation
We spent three nights in this lovely, clean, airy home, and highly recommend it. The living area overlooks the treetops of Hahndorf, and it is close to the main street but quiet and private. It's well-equipped with everything a traveller could want. The driveway is very steep, as are the steps from the street, but as over seventies we still managed them. A wonderful base for exploring the hills. Thanks, Carol.

Beautiful house right in the centre of town
A spotlessly clean property with beautiful linen and facilities. Was perfect for a girls night away. The front verandah with the outdoor furniture was wonderful to sit with a glass of wine and look out over the Adelaide hills. A smart TV allowed us to watch out Netflix shows and the beds were super comfy. A perfect place to stay in Handorf. Large comfy couches in the living room as well. Very happy with this property!!

Great stay
Unfortunately we were unable to attend our Reunion weekend due to border issues with NSW however our friends who did stay for the weekend were impressed with your property. They had a great stay . They did have one issue which did not overly effect their stay at your wonderful place. That was one of the guests has leg issues and fond both the driveway and stairs a bit hard to navigate so they had to use the vehicle a bit more than they anticipated. Not a complaint just passing on a comment. We all understand as we are all in the accommodation industry. Needless to say "I am off the organising committee" kidding. Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped with everything. The balcony was relaxing. Kids loved the board games. Perfect position apart from drive way but we just parked over the road.
