1. Managed out of the Philippines, receptionist had little idea as to what was going on.
2. Finally got into the property at 5.30pm after expressly requesting early as there were meeting to attend in Adelaide.
3. Basic cleaning done but the veranda was filthy, really filthy..
4. Walls and skirting were not done with multiple damage points not maintained or looked after.
5. Two folding doors were off the hinges that housed the laundry area.
Air-con did not work evenly throughout the apartment.
6. We requested a second pass key for convenience and in case the only one we had would not let us into the room. This happened and we had to ask the quest staff to assist but because this is a private residence they were reluctant to do so.
Air-con louvers were filthy and in this age of covid needs to have more attention given.
I would not recommend this property to anyone wishing to receive a clean and efficient service. There is no direct mechanism to request your money back due to the poor service offering upon arrival.
