“We were 4 adults so this house suited us well for a short stay. We made good use of the common area which was very comfortable. The three bathrooms on the bedroom level were very convenient and private. The house is quite new and as such it felt big and airy, nicely decorated with accents. Just have a few comments about the linens: there was only a bare minimum of towels. No hand towel in the main floor powder room. Several of the beds had neither top sheets nor removable duvet cover. “We came into town for one night to tour the University with our daughter. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My daughter loved having her own room and washroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to make breakfast in the morning before checking out. The location is great - it is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the University and restaurants. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn't seem to be working, so we bought some instant coffee.”

“The house is just incredible, lots of commodities. We were 2 couples with kids and we had a blast. Grand Bend Beach is near by so the groceries, restaurants and little boutiques. The Brown family have a well organized book with all the things to know and do during your stay. We just love it and will come back for sure 😁”
