10/10 Excellent

"My favorite hotel! This place is just spectacular, from the awesome rooms to the amenities! Rooms are gorgeously appointed, grounds are spotless, pool and hot tub so relaxing. Restaurants are delicious. Even when the hotel is full, it never seems crowded. If you are looking for some R&R, this is your place. Rain or shine, you can not beat the Whiteface Lodge!"

"The hotel is very nice with friendly staff. The location is great. I loved that it is off main street but still at a walking distance from it which avoids any parking issues. My only complaint is that we requested room service and in my opinion it was poorly done. They just changed towels and made the bed. No trash removal, no vacuuming of floors, no refreshing of the bathroom. I expected a more thorough room service."

"Staff were very friendly. Main area for breakfast was well kept and scenic. Our room was clean. There were cameras everywhere and felt secure/safe. The only complaint was the ac was loud when its running in our room so it was difficult to stay asleep at night at times. Decent breakfast buffet. I would go back to this place."

"We spent the memorial day weekend at this hotel. Its located right by the Olympic complex and the main town ho top of a hill with a beautiful view of Mirror Lake. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. hotel staff was very helpful. The restaurant food was great. There is some construction going on so some parts of the hotel is closed."

"Booked this motel expecting a riverside/view room, but unfortunately the room had no view at all. Even after enquiring during check-in, nothing changed. The room itself was very tiny and felt cramped for a comfortable stay. The shower experience was also poor and needs improvement. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations based on the listing/photos"
