"The room felt a bit cramped for a family of three but the overall stay was excellent including staff, service and food. I’d definitely recommend the hotel."

10/10 Excellent
"A great stay, staff was very supportive and courteous, Rooms were nice and spacious."
"The positive experience began right from arrival with an exceptionally smooth and welcoming check-in process. The front desk staff were efficient, courteous, and made the arrival feel effortless. This great first impression set the tone for the entire stay and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction from the very beginning.
Despite the aged infrastructure, I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Banjara Hills to anyone visiting Hyderabad. The exceptional customer service, led by dedicated staff members like Vinod, creates an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that makes guests feel valued and appreciated. Sometimes, it’s the human touch that transforms a simple stay into a memorable experience"

10/10 Excellent
"Clean, well-run property. Excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower. Everything in the room worked and thoughtfully designed, except the "master switch" for the lights that needs to be on for anything else to work, but it turns ALL the lights on! A bit inconvenient if you wake up in the middle of the night - a common occurrence due to jet lag.
Food quality in the restaurants within the hotel was good, but not great, as compared to Park Hyatt (where I stayed last time). If you're comfortable walking on the busy, city streets of India, there are good dining options nearby, such as Jalpaan vegetarian buffet (5 min walk) and 10 Downing Street pub (10 min walk).
I had a room overlooking the pool. It was a very relaxing view, especially because of the lots of trees behind the pool, both within the property and beyond.
Great location for me as I needed to be close to Ameerpet and Secunderabad. Not so close to hitec city or the airport."
