「It was a private unit therefore the check in had to be with a host and I it was made clear in the reservation at all. I went in and had to wait for a host to come in and check me in. the room windows were not clean as well as the balcony door handlewas broken. The balcony it self was really dirty and I was not able to use it. The apartment it self was okay put together although the towels were stained.」

「Loved itv」

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「The only good part is the space of the apartment and the views. The elevator will take always around 4 minutes to be available. The cleaning is 2 out of 10, plus bad smell. The room lacks even basic essentials—no bedside lamp for reading and not even a bath mat after showering. If you wish to leave your luggage at the lobby before heading to the airport, they will charge you an additional amount per item.」

「The condo was in a great location. Could walk to the boardwalk across the street, had a fantastic sushi restaurant right down stairs and the train was right next to the building. Owner was helpful with any and all of my questions, he really out did himself. Condo was cold, clean and had everything you need, they even put bottle water in the fridge for you.」

「This is a great location, the staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities. The rooftop lounge was awesome with beautiful views. The host communicated well.」

「Good option」

「The room was clean, and great client service.」

「Excelent」

「All of the high scores were for the excellent host and quality of the room. However I will say building management is horrible. Elevators either very slow or broken, weed smell throughout the building including people smoking right in front of the entrance. Parked cars blocking access to the building. I would use this host again but never at the Icon.」
