“We stayed in The Bothy, fabulous for a romantic night away. No noise from the neighbours but while the bath was lovely it wasn’t practical having it in the bedroom. The room does have a smell of damp and there is no ventilation other than opening windows - a quiet extractor fan in both the bedroom and toilet would be a welcome addition. For a romantic night away this is a great location but 4 nights it was too much. ”

“Spotless property with everything you need. Kitchen very well equipped including spices and condiments and lovely welcome hamper. Perfect romantic hide away for 2 and great for families up to 6 too. ”

“Great communication prior to booking and then again once booked.Lovely accommodation in such a great setting. We enjoyed relaxing there of an evening when we got in. So peaceful and we loved seeing the deer's out the back. Super comfortable bed, heating available if we needed it but was warm enough without .Can't wait to stay again ”

“A very unique and beautiful place to stay. With lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers in the room when we arrived and some delicious brownies which we enjoyed upon arrival. Spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep as it was lovely and quiet. Shower was fantastic with some lovely toiletries and big fluffy towels. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and more! There was a pretty outside area……

“My sister and I had a weekend in Sunset and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The location is gorgeous with a secluded wild meadow surrounding you. The accommodation is beautifully designed and equipped as well as being super clean and comfortable. The hosts could not be more warm and helpful and the cows were beyond charming. We will be back and back and back for certain. ”

“We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend.”
