“This was a nice hotel. The problem was I paid an extra $10 a night to get the larger apartment with a sofa and more square feet. We stayed there one night before our cruise and stayed in the larger room we had paid for. We came back after our cruise for a 4 night stay. They put us in a very small room without a couch. It was super tight. I called and explained that I paid for the larger room. They said, sorry, this is in the larger room category. I asked about the couch, to which they said,……

“Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend……

I would say more ikea than luxury but we liked the price and location great for a family. Very quiet suburb with soundproof double glazed windows. Staff very friendly and helpful with maps and directions.”
