Villa for 8 people with a private pool

  • A magnificent, recently built villa near Ajaccio and its airport.
Ideal for those who want to enjoy a vacation with family or friends while maintaining their independence, as the villa is spread over two levels and features two separate entrances as well as two kitchens...
The upper level features a master suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom, another double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate half-bath, a laundry room, a large fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and leads out to the terrace by the pool, and a beautiful, tree-lined, and extremely well-maintained outdoor area.
A shaded area under a large pergola on the side of the house, furnished with garden furniture, completes the upper level of the villa.
Downstairs, you’ll find a beautiful outdoor area, followed by a two-bedroom apartment with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a laundry room, and a living area with an open kitchen.
