「Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. 」
「Not a lot of people make it all the way to N'Kob but those who do would be well advised to stay at this old kasbah that has been restored with a ton of care and attention to detail. It is an old kasbah so you are not going to find all the amenities of a big city hotel (wifi is a little spotty) but you will rarely stay in such a beautiful place. And the price is so reasonable!
The caretakers, Ali and Malika, are super friendly and kind. But we aware, it's a cash only spot (dirham or euro) and...

「Mohammed war ein wundervoller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat sogar unser Auto gewaschen!!! Wir wurden mit Tee begrüßt und er hat uns sogar angeboten unsere Kleidung zu waschen und auch das Frühstück war super! Auch wenn Check-out um 10 war durften wir kostenlos bis 14 Uhr bleiben. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank :)」
「This property is very charming and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback is the breakfast: Very limited, no vegetables, no fruits, no eggs, just carbs and sweets. Very poor for a health conscious traveler and not at par with a 4-star Kasbah. The staff was friendly and tried their best to give us a homey feel. I recommend this property and hope that their breakfast will improve.」
