“We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime……

“Older property, in a dark area with little light. The lobby receptionist was pleasant. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. However, the property's location was poorly lit and outdated. Stay included breakfast from 6 -10 AM, but because their cook had to go to another job, breakfast was from 7-8 AM. ”

“We were looking forward to the stay but Ecuador enacted such strong standards that we cancelled our booking and headed for the Quito airport before our week began.”
