African Lake Hotels

"The pool is literally crumbling. Massive patches of concrete have peeled up off of the floor leaving rough areas with sharp edges making it basically unusable. Most of the hot tub jets do not work and the temperature of the water is almost the same as the pool. The pool towels have to be requested at the front desk and are barely large enough to wrap around an average sized adult (36" waist). Building as a whole smells heavily of air freshner."

"We booked the room as the hotel had a pool, restaurant to make the teip easier with young children. On arrival the pool was out of service as was the restaurant. Various other hotel amenities were also out of order."
