Uninhabitable
This Geodome is uninhabitable. The sulphur like odor in the bathroom was intolerable. The fan in the ceiling above the bed was caked in dust/dirt and had pieces of dust hanging from it. The A/C unit was filthy. In order for the ladder to be accessible at a safe angle one had to move a heavy couch approximately 1.5 feet. There was no heater on the main floor and when I called the person managing the sweet (not Klarence) we were told that because people keep stealing them, that they stopped replacing them. We arrived on September 14 with 14 degrees Celsius—-a heater was required! We didn’t stay in the geodome and were very fortunate to find alternative accommodation at 10:30 pm. We returned the following day to collect a few items from the fridge (as we had to rush to claim
Our alternate accommodation) and the whole place stunk like heavy plastic—totally nauseating and again, uninhabitable because of all the odor. One good thing I can say, is that the kitchen was clean. We didn’t receive a full refund.
