Residence composed of 172 air-conditioned apartments and studios spread over 3 floors with elevator, offering lovely covered terraces with views of the Saint-Martin port and marinas. 

The residence, recently built in Mediterranean style, has a beautiful garden and a terrace. The complex offers 1 to 3 times a week, an evening activity. You can make free use of table tennis. The reception staff speaks French, English, German and Italian. A connection to the wireless internet is available at the reception.
The residence enjoys a wonderful location - in the port of Saint-Martin, just 300 meters from the center of Cap d'Agde. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The beautiful Richelieu beach is less than a mile from here. You can stroll along the beautiful path or you can take the bus to the port.

You will appreciate the proximity of the lively quays of the port and many shops (5 minutes walk), and that of the Richelieu beach (5 minutes by car, free parking).



This 2-room apartment, with a ground surface of 38m2, is suitable for maximum 5 persons. It has an air conditioning system, a mini-safe, television with international broadcast and a bathroom with toilet. The kitchen-corner is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffeemaker, dinning corner and all the essential equipment. Your terrace or balcony is equipped with garden furniture. There is a sleeping corner with a bunk bed and in the bedroom you will find a double bed. In the living room, you will find a 1-person sleeping-sofa/trundle bed. The accommodation is modern and functional decorated and has, depending on its position, a marvelous view over the marina's of Cap d'Agde. There are blankets and pillows in the apartment.



From the resort it is only a few steps to the center of Cap d'Agde. This is a lively seaside resort with a Mediterranean feeling and a host of events, sports and culture. There are a variety of hiking and biking trails along the various beaches. The beaches have fine white sand as well as rocks. The coast is very popular with divers. There is also a large water park here so you can have hours of fun swimming or going down the slide. Several cinemas, a casino, an amusement park and numerous sports facilities ensure that no one will be bored! Near Cap d'Agde there is the wonderful National Park de Haute Languedoc, the sea near Salagou and the valley of de L'Orb. Visits to the abbey of Fontcoude, the cheese caves of Roquefort, the caves of Demoiselles and Clamouse and Bouzigues with its oysters are also highly recommended. In short, an ideal tourist destination with something for everyone: an exciting active vacation or simply sun, beach and sea.

For sports fans: International Golf Course 800 meters away, deep sea fishing, all water sports, tennis club, horse riding, Aqualand.
For nightlife: cinema, casino, Luna Park, leisure island area.
Discoveries: The Canal du Midi in a barge or by bike, the shellfish beds of Thau bassin and the iconic ports of Bouzigues, Meze and Marseillan, the city of Sete and Pezenas la Medievale, also acclaimed for its many art workshops.
